Currently, much of my work deals with line, shape, and space in an abstract manner. Among the inspirations for my current work are things like the detailed Celtic knotwork found in the Book of Kells, West Coast Native, and Inuit artworks. I draw on these, and other sources, along with my imagination to create my own unique style of line and shape artwork. I also occasionally do photography. My preferred subjects for photography are insects and architecture. I find both to be complex, mysterious, and highly aesthetic. I enjoy writing speculative fiction, and have also written a great deal of academic work on a variety of Celtic-related topics.
